CUMMING, Ga. (March 22, 2021) – BenchMark Physical Therapy has opened an outpatient clinic at 5310 Matt Highway, Suite 105, focused on pelvic health rehabilitation and hand therapy.
Appointments are available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m to 4 p.m. Friday. The clinic’s phone number is 470-239-4255.
Clinic director Katie Dwozan earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of North Georgia. She is trained in pelvic health rehabilitation for women and is certified in trigger point dry needling.
Dwozan is joined at the clinic by certified hand therapist Kendyl Brock Hunter and licensed occupational therapist Sara Venable.
Brock Hunter is a graduate of the occupational therapy program at the University of Central Arkansas, serves on the clinical faculty at Brenau University and is vice president of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Venable earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of North Georgia and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Brenau University. She is certified to perform functional capacity evaluations, impairment ratings and post-offer work screenings.
