BenchMark offers in-clinic and telehealth options for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation programs. Clinic director Ryan Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Appalachian State University and a doctor of physical therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University. Johnson is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is certified in trigger point dry needling and the treatment/management of overhead athletes. He is Fitness Pain Free-certified for Olympic and power lifting. He will begin an orthopedic residency through Upstream Rehab Institute in January.
